Join us for our monthly meeting at Dr. James Juriga, DVM's Barn in Batavia, hosted by Denise Juriga, Hospital Manager at Valley Animal Hospital. This meeting is sponsored by Trupanion Pet Insurance.

Engage, Encourage & Equip, presented by Tony DiLeonardi founder of Third Quarter Advisers.

Building an engaged and productive team is full-time work. How are you suppose to run your practice as well? Gallop survey tells us nearly 7 out of 10 employees either hate their job or are completely disengaged at work. That is a tremendous cost to your practice. American companies spend billions a year in loss production due to unengaged employees. How can you turn this data into opportunity?

In this fast paced session, we will discover your core personality type as well as identify the core personality types of your team. You will learn the strengths and challenges of the four core personality types, as well as adjustments and words you can use to form stronger relationships. Through understanding yourself and how others may perceive you, you can turn personality conflicts into solid connections and better outcomes for your practice and your team members.

Address to the property will be provided to you after registration. Immediately after your registration has been confirmed, you will receive an event registration confirmation email, scroll to the bottom of that email for address and directions. Please contact us if you do not receive those directions.

Hope to see you there!

PLEASE NOTE:  Attendance fee is due at the time of registration. If your membership is not current the attendance fee is $25 total per meeting. We are sorry but we can not offer any attendance fee refunds for cancellations after February 15th.
